No Guarantee of Student Visa Approval: While we strive to provide the best possible support, we do not guarantee that the immigration authorities will approve the student visa application.

Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMI) and Work Permits for Canada

LMI Assistance for Canada: We provide guidance and support to clients needing a Labor Market Impact (LMI) for Canada. This includes assistance with preparing and submitting the LMI application.

Work Permit Assistance for Canada: We assist clients who have already obtained an LMI in applying for a work permit for Canada. This includes providing guidance on the application process and helping prepare necessary documents.

Refund Policy

Service Fees: All service fees paid to Wikitrips Travels and Tours are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be considered if the request is made before the commencement of the service. Suppose a client wishes to cancel the service. In that case, they must notify us, and a partial refund may be provided at the discretion of Wikitrips Travel and Tour Guide, minus any administrative fees incurred.

No Refunds for Visa Rejections: Wikitrips Travel and Tour Guide does not guarantee visa approvals, and no refunds will be issued in case of visa rejection or denial by the immigration authorities.

By paying the initial deposit for any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions binding on both parties.
